Risk Assessment

After evaluation and reporting of the data acquired from soaring-gliding migratory birds monitoring study, 13 km monitoring study, and the bird radar, operation-oriented risk assessment and wildlife management plans have been prepared, and such plans are being updated continuously with the newly added data. Pre-estimations are made on the densities, passage areas, and altitudes of the migratory birds depending on date and meteorological conditions, and the probability of coincidence of the same with the takeoff and landing lines of aircraft, and the corresponding risks are determined.
